Sept ebt food purchase . Arrived home bag of potatoes rotting even. Sept 4th go to return denied becux I do not have my ebt card just needed. A new bag and was told by the manager Laura that I need to take it back with me amd get new card cuz I had lost the original..which they cannot return it to the new card as well was then given a number which I have been wasting time on for now and hr 1 1/2 for $6 bag of potatoes. I told manager I work in retail. She said then u should know yes I know to treat amd solve the issue for the customers. For the customer servuce kien to tell me that its not there issue keep waiting only to tell me they will do a ome time courteous of $6 . Ridiculous . I was also told in store to take the bag back with me that they woudl accept it .but online there policy say quite opposite especially for rotten food regardless of the ebt card policy as longas it an even exchange. Do better Sams. Now canceling my membership cuz Costco would never I used to have both but Costco is very busy so I decided to go stay with even though Costco has many more products and better quality. BYE BYE Sam's. Never mind they alwyas have an attitude when u need he

The app shows Quinoa available and it’s in the store too but the product is kept up which requires a licensed person to bring it down. Went two days in a row only to be told that the concerned person is on lunch at 6 in the evening. The app doesn’t give true information. Very frustrating if you have to drive long for just one product. Day one the attendant assures confidently that the product will be down and you go in the evening to find the product up and unaccessible. Very disappointing. Not a recommended place to shop.

Miss information from call center screwed my purchase plan. I was given the impression that I could use my phone wallet to tap and pay with Afrim card and that is not true. Luckily my friend had his card and paid for the battery. Customer service at the tires and battery center was excellent in their patience and courtesy 👌

Purchased a piece of jewelry for my wife and had to get a membership to be able to use it. I got a $100gc for purchasing the item which I used once to buy salad. I went in today to use the rest of the GC to find out it was $0. CS told us it has been used at Walmart and they cannot reimburse that. We do not even shop at Walmart and my wife refuses to shop at Sam's Club as she is loyal to Costco. I checked reviews online and I sae multiple complaints about Sam's Club gc being hacked. I bought many gcs at Costco & NOT ONCE did this happen. Boycott Sams Club!

Probably the worst Sam's I have visited and too bad it's my local store. We ordered 6 pizzas for a 7 year olds Saturday birthday party the day before on the app, plus they offered delivery for plus members. They cancelled the order 1 hour before the party and said they were out of stock on pizzas. VIA EMAIL! (Ya right your out of stock saturday morning, you guys are just lazy). Good thing we checked our email or we would of been freaking out for the food. Way to screw your members Sam's club!Next time just order from Costco next door. Costco employee actually make food in a timely manner and fulfill orders. Sam's offer services and then don't provide them to members. Just lazy people. The membership for Sam's not worth it at this store with Costco nextdoor.
